By default, Planyway dates don’t sync with Jira issues. Which allows you to configure them in your own way. In this case, Planyway dates will be displayed in Jira and vice versa.
Sync Planyway dates with Jira custom dates
You can sync any Jira date fields with Planyway dates. To select which issue dates you’d like to link to Planyway, simply open Planyway from the project’s sidebar. By doing so, you’ll be able to access Planyway settings of a particular project.
Note: It won’t be possible to sync Planyway and Jira dates from the Apps tab.
After you get to Planyway, click on the gear icon at the top right of the main Planyway view and choose the Settings button.
Select which of the custom date fields you’d like to associate with Planyway’s start and end dates.
In case you work with several projects, don't forget to repeat the steps above for each of them.
