By default, Planyway dates automatically sync with the standard Start date and Due date fields in Jira. If these fields are enabled in your Jira project settings, any date changes made in Planyway will be reflected in Jira, and vice versa.
However, you can configure these settings according to your preferences by syncing any Jira custom date fields with Planyway dates. Here’s how you can do it:
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of Planyway to open the Settings menu.
Choose a project from the list, then select which Jira custom date fields you’d like to associate with Planyway’s Start date and End date.
Note: Sync date settings are individual for each project.
Tip: If required, you can even stop syncing the dates by selecting the "Do not sync" option.
