Sharing your resource plan

Share your team's resource schedule and capacity overview with colleagues or external stakeholders.

Share a Workload view

Planyway lets you share a link to your current resource planning configuration.

  1. Open Workload view.

  2. Connect the relevant Jira spaces.

  3. Add the team members you want to display.

  4. Configure grouping, filters, and the timeline scale.

  5. Click Share.

  6. Copy the generated link.

When recipients open the link, they can view the same planning configuration, subject to their access permissions.

Share using workspaces

Workspaces let you save and share planning configurations. A workspace can include your selected data sources, filters, views, and display preferences.

This is useful when several people need access to the same resource plan.

To share a workspace, copy its sharing link and send it to your teammates. When you want your latest view configuration to become available to all workspace participants, use Save view.

Export your resource plan to PDF

You can also share a static snapshot with people who don't have access to Jira.

  1. Configure the Workload view.

  2. Choose the appropriate timeline scale and filters.

  3. Open the export options.

  4. Export the view as a PDF.

The PDF can be used in project reviews, resource planning discussions, or stakeholder presentations.
