Share a planning view
Planyway lets you share a link to a configured view so other users can see your plan with its selected filters, grouping, and display settings.
How to share a view
Open the view you want to share.
Connect the relevant Jira data sources.
Apply the filters, grouping, and display settings you want others to see.
Click Share.
Copy the generated link and send it to your teammates.
Jira users opening the link can access the shared configuration, subject to their Jira permissions.
Share using a workspace
Workspaces are useful when your team needs access to multiple predefined planning views.
You can organize several views within a workspace and share the entire configuration using a workspace link.
Update the shared configuration
Changes to your view configuration may initially be local.
Click Save view when you want to publish your current configuration to other workspace participants.
Export your plan
You can also export planning information for reporting, presentations, or external communication.
Depending on the view, Planyway supports PDF, Excel, and CSV exports.
PDF export is especially useful when sharing a roadmap with stakeholders who do not have Jira access.
