A workspace is a shared planning environment in Planyway.

It stores your connected data sources, selected views, filters, tabs, and display settings, so you can easily return to a specific planning setup.

When you open Planyway for the first time, you'll be prompted to create a workspace.

You can also create additional workspaces whenever you need a different planning environment.

Each workspace maintains its own configuration.

You can configure a workspace by choosing:

Switching between workspaces restores their saved configurations.

Team members can access the same workspace configuration and collaborate on a shared planning setup.

Changes to tabs, filters, views, and display settings are initially local to you.

To make your current configuration available to all workspace participants, click Save view.

Once saved, the shared workspace configuration is updated for everyone.

Some changes, such as renaming the workspace, are applied immediately.

All workspace participants can rename the workspace, adjust its configuration, share it, and save view changes.

Only the workspace owner can delete the workspace.

Participants who joined through a shared link can leave the workspace, provided they retain at least one workspace in their account.
