Timesheet report

Use the Team Timesheet to review time recorded by team members, compare working hours, and identify missing or unusually high time entries.

What is the Team Timesheet?

The Team Timesheet provides a consolidated view of time logged by multiple people.

Instead of opening individual timesheets, managers can review team activity in one place.

This helps you understand how working hours are distributed across your team.

Open the Team Timesheet

  1. Open Reports in Planyway.

  2. Select Timesheet.

  3. Choose the Jira spaces and team members you want to include.

  4. Select your reporting period.

The report displays logged hours organized by team member and time period.

Choose a time scale

You can review tracked time using different time scales:

  • Daily — Review individual workdays.

  • Weekly — Compare working hours across weeks.

  • Monthly — Analyze longer reporting periods.

  • Yearly — Review long-term time tracking patterns.

Review team activity

Use the report to see how many hours each team member logged during the selected period.

For example, you can identify:

  • Team members with unusually high recorded hours.

  • Days or weeks with missing work logs.

  • Differences in logged time across team members.

  • Changes in working hours over time.

Filter your timesheet

Adjust the report filters to focus on a particular project, group of team members, or date range.

Export the timesheet

Click Export to download the report in Excel or CSV format. This is useful for preparing internal summaries or reviewing work logs outside Planyway.
