Table view lets you browse work items in a structured list with parent-child relationships. Instead of a flat issue list, you can see the entire work breakdown — from epics to subtasks — making it easier to understand your project scope, track progress, and navigate through related work items.
You can choose the hierarchy that best fits your workflow:
Epic → Task → Subtask
Task → Subtask
Subtask only
Unlike Jira's standard issue list, Table view in Planyway allows you to display work items from several spaces in a single view and manage them together.
Edit work items
Click any work item to open details and edit it.
You can also update some fields directly from the list without opening the issue:
Summary
Start date
Due date
Rank-based ordering
By default, work items on the same hierarchy level are ordered by Jira rank.
For example:
Tasks within the same epic are ordered by their rank.
Epics are also ordered by rank.
You can change the order using drag and drop.
Note: Moving a task from one epic to another isn't supported yet.
Sort by space
You can sort work items by space instead of Jira rank by clicking the Space column header.
Note: Drag-and-drop reordering is disabled because Jira rank is not used in this sorting mode.
To return to rank-based ordering, click the space column header three times:
First click — ascending order.
Second click — descending order.
Third click — sorting is cleared, and rank-based ordering is restored.
Show completed work
You can choose whether to show completed work items in Table view:
None — hide completed work items.
Selected time period — show items completed in the last 1–12 months.
