Managing payments in Planyway is simple — whether you need to update your card, download receipts, or understand what plan fits you best. Here’s how it all works.
Change payment method
Need to switch to a different card? No problem.
To update your payment method:
Open the Billing tab in your Planyway account.
Click Change payment method.
Add a new card or connect your PayPal account.
Download invoices
All your payment documents are available whenever you need them.
To download invoices:
Open the Billing tab in your Planyway account.
Scroll the page down to see the billing history.
Download the documents for any payment.
Change billing email
To update your billing email, please contact us at support@planyway.com.
Change other information
To update the other customer information:
Open the Billing tab in your Planyway account.
Open the latest invoice.
Click Edit address and update the required fields.
The changes will be applied to all future invoices.
Add and change VAT number
To add the VAT number:
Open the Billing tab in your Planyway account.
Open the latest invoice.
Click Edit address.
To add your VAT number, make sure to check the box next to "This is a business purchase”.
The changes will be applied to all future invoices.
