To be notified of upcoming events, and assignments when you’re away from your computer, enable Planyway mobile notifications.
Adjust notification settings
Planyway mobile app can notify you about new card or checklist assignments, remind you of upcoming events, and let you know when someone mentioned you in the comments.
Here’s how to choose what you’d like to be notified about:
Click the Activity tab.
Find the Settings icon at the top right.
Select the toggles you’d like to enable and add default reminders if needed.
Note: If you don’t receive Planyway notifications, please check Planyway permissions in the mobile notification settings.
Receive push notifications
Planyway mobile app can send push notifications when:
A reminder about an upcoming event was sent by Planyway.
You were assigned to a card, check item or milestone.
Someone mentioned you in the comments.
Click the push notification to be instantly redirected to the item you were notified about.
Add reminders to cards
To add a reminder to a card in the mobile app, open its editor and find the Reminder field.
Choose one of the preset options or create a custom reminder. One card can have multiple reminders. Click Add another reminder to set a new one.
Watch cards
A person who sets a reminder and all card members will be notified of reminders automatically. Other than that, you can receive reminders for any card you’re watching.
To become a watcher, open a card’s menu and select Watch.
To stop receiving notifications and reminders for a card, select Stop watching.
Stay tuned with web and mobile notifications
Mobile and web notifications and reminders aren’t synchronized. To receive browser and in-app web notifications and reminders, make sure to enable the corresponding toggles in the notification center settings.
Disable notifications
To disable mobile notifications, open settings in the Activity tab and remove the selection from all options.
